Named after our son Theo, this roast is grounded in his Māori and English whakapapa. Bold yet calm, it speaks to legacy, Designed for espresso and long back enthusiasts. strength, and depth — a full-bodied, rich cup with dark chocolate and spice that lingers like quiet mana.

Inspired by our daughter Milena, who carries both Brazilian and Kiwi roots, this roast is a celebration of joy, warmth, and light. Grown in the highlands of Brazil and roasted in Ōtautahi, it’s a vibrant, golden brew with caramel sweetness, citrus brightness, and soft nutty undertones.
